Who we are
Hotels Audit was founded in 2023 by hospitality professionals with combined experience in MICE, hotel sales, and guest-experience optimization. Our team has worked with leading international chains hotels and independent luxury properties across Europe, delivering MICE group business, RFP management, and quality programs.
We created Hotels Audit to solve a real pain point: MICE & corporate planners waste time and budget on site inspections that often reveal mismatches in personalized service delivery - while hotels struggle to stand out in RFPs beyond star rating and price.
Unlike traditional operational audits (e.g. brand QA programs, AAA Diamonds, Forbes Travel Guide, LQA), Hotels Audit concentrates exclusively on the elements that matter most to MICE buyers: reliability, personalization, flexibility, tech and seamless execution. We do not certify financial stability, safety compliance, or ESG performance - those are covered by other established standards.

We are open to accepting applications and can perform Hotels Audit Certifications in the following European markets: Poland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, Greece and Malta.
Newly opened markets - applications now actively accepted:
We have recently launched open applications in these important MICE destinations: United Kingdom & Ireland - hotels can now submit for audits and certification (priority handling for early applicants).
Non-European market entry:
Market entry completed at the end of last year (late 2025): United Arab Emirates (UAE - Dubai focus). We are open to applications from Dubai hotels, actively conducting audits, and progressing certifications in this key luxury & event properties.
Future Expansion Plans
Next steps include extending full openness and operational capability to all European countries, building on our current broad coverage and the recent UK/Ireland openings. Beyond Europe, we are preparing targeted expansion into additional markets outside the continent and further across the Middle East – always with a focus on delivering high-value, credible certifications for hotels and MICE stakeholders.
